Our engineering capabilities include electro-mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, reverse engineering, value engineering, drafting, and 2D to 3D conversions.
Prototyping
Prototyping
RapidPro utilizes 3D CAD (computer-aided design) software to create an exact model to your specifications. The SLA (Stereolithography) and SLS (Selective Laser Sintering) prototypes can be produced from a wide range of materials with select characteristics. The prototypes can be used for marketing presentations, functional testing, proof of concept and consumer/market feedback.
Production
RapidPro offers a full range of production capabilities including Cast Parts, Tooling and Injection Molded Parts, Metal Fabrication, Part decoration, Assembly and more!
Primary Equipment includes, milling machines, surface grinders, lathes, Clausing, Die Sinking EDM/Elox. All fabrication tooling, holders and inspection equipment necessary to complete any injection mold project.Patent Support
We offer consultation and advice pertaining to technical descriptions, drawings/images, and referrals to licensed and trusted patent attorneys in our network.
